This site has been produced for our United Kingdom customers and we do not sell to customers located overseas via this website. If you are located overseas and wish to place an order please contact us for further information.

 

 

Although every effort is made to inspect the goods, defects can occasionally occur. We will replace faulty goods, but will not be responsible for any other charges. The responsibility lies with the end user to inspect the mosaics before fixing.

 

All mosaic sizes are approximate and some variations in the course of manufacture cannot be avoided.

 

All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Whilst we have made every effort to faithfully portray our products we regret that it is impossible to avoid the colour variances caused by inconsistency in film, light, monitor resolution and colour settings. 

 

Providing goods are in stock, we will endeavour to deliver within 5 working days of an order being placed. The company cannot under any circumstances entertain any financial demands from the customer for late or incorrect delivery. As a company we always recommend that you do not book a tiler tradesman until you have had the goods delivered. 

 

The goods will be your responsibility from the time of delivery.

 

As mosaics vary in colour from batch to batch it is advisable to keep extra in case replacements are needed at a later date. For the same reason, please advise us if you are adding to a previous order so that we can do all possible to get the closest match. Please be aware that it is not often possible to colour match exactly.

 

The information contained on this website is, to the best of our knowledge, correct at the time of upload. However it is possible that there will be changes over time and we recommend that all detail critical to the success of your project is checked prior to ordering. We reserve the right to change prices and/or descriptions without notice.

 

The purchaser shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions of Sale, without reservation, upon the placing of any order for the supply of goods and service.

 

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all orders are correctly packed, occasionally errors do occur. Therefore we respectfully request that you please check goods immediately upon receipt.
